Bill Nash designed the S-63 with his favorite '63 Stratocaster in mind. The feel is astoundingly vintage, but taken to the next level of playability and tone with modern appointments like Lollar handwound pickups (some of the best sounding single-coils we've ever heard!) and Gotoh tuners. Vintage instruments have a whole host of issues - intonation, durability, play feel... this guitar gives you the absolute best of both worlds. Each Nash instrument is built by hand, so every guitar is unique and has it's own voice. This one has an impressively resonant Alder body that has impeccable tonal character, and the neck is chunky but extremely comfortable. Overall, the instrument feels like a properly worn in Strat from one of the most iconic eras of music history. It's a mint-relic & comes with a case as well as the Nash tag.
