Earlier (1999) and Very Rare Boaz Clarita Negra, possibly the first of this model. This is one of the top luthiers today both for build quality and tonal innovation. The guitar tone here is massive with a clear and powerful, yet balanced bass response. The tonal spectrum achieved by the craftsmanship is nothing short of impressive. The guitar features a Spruce Top with Cyprus Back and Old Growth Brazilian Sides. The Fingerboard is also Brazilian and the guitar has teflon frets and a unique ebony bridge. This guitar is perfect for all playing styles, it stands up nicely to very heavy chording while lending itself beautifully to all fingerstyles. The build and design of this guitar also make it perfect for percussive styles of play.
The neck is Brazilian Rosewood with Cyprus and Ebony Strips. The Tuning pegs are also Rosewood. The guitar has had a couple professionally repaired and sealed side cracks and the price has been adjusted accordingly. Overall Excellent condition with some light playwear and couple nicks. Dream guitars has a 2001 for $12,000. Comes with a leather soft case.
Body is 4 inches deep and 15 1/4 inches at the widest lower bout. Nut Width is 1.75.
