During the earlier years of the Fender Custom Shop, the number of instruments produced was limited. As a result, the 90s era Custom Shop guitars were top notch with respect to quality and craftsmanship. There's a reason these instruments are highly sought-after, and this Custom Shop '62 Reissue Strat is a testament to their appeal as it is absolutely one of a kind! The finish is a rare Burgundy Mist Metallic, a feature of this Limited Edition model, in addition to a visually dazzling Flame Maple neck that's incredibly comfortable and fast-playing. Tonally, this guitar oozes that bell-like vintage sound that ultimately put Fender on the map and made the Stratocaster an iconic archetype. Low action, and a first rate fit and finish make the guitar completely effortless to play.

This Strat is in EXC+ condition, having a number of small dings in the body, light patina on the hardware, and a dime-sized ding on the headstock. The frets have extremely minimal wear and the instrument plays and feels like the perfect Custom Shop instrument that it is! Comes with a sleek, vintage tolex deluxe hardshell case.
