This Suhr Modern has many stories to tell, but don't let the extreme relic look fool you, all of the premium qualities that Suhr is known for are still very present! Starting with a roasted Alder body capable of any sound, from the warm and thick to the punchy and bright. The Suhr Aldrich pickups are second to none when it comes to hot, aggressive rock tones, but the 5-way blade and push/pull splitting combined with an ML Standard single coil make them ultra versatile for a myriad of styles and tones. As always the roasted maple neck sounds great and is off the charts with sustain and resonance, combined with the Suhr Modern Elliptical carve, it feels just as good as it sounds. This one may look like it's been around the block, but it is just getting started!
