If you don't know Joe Knaggs, he was head of R & D at PRS for a number of years and also was head of the Private Stock department at PRS. He hand his hand in almost every PRS Private Stock ever built and as such, his name and signature is often found on the COA's and headstocks of those amazing guitars.
We are absolutely in love with the amazing feel and finish of this guitar. Resonance and sustain like a true, road-worn single cutaway from the 50s, but with modern design and reliability. The tone on this axe is reminiscent of some of the most iconic tones in rock history - think Jimmy Page, Slash, Pete Townshend. The harmonics practically leap from the fingerboard, and even when played unplugged, you can hear the loud, singing voice of this instrument.
