The TC6 represents some of Dennis Fano's finest work, taking a tried and true platform and improving upon it exponentially! Thanks to the meticulous choice in tonewoods, these instruments are built to feel and sound like a properly worn-in, vintage guitar, with all of the benefits of modern design. Tonally, the hand-wound Fralin pickups immediately caught our attention, with a thick midrange and a top-end sparkle reminiscent of that iconic, retro sound. These pups scream when you need it, and easily enter into jazz or blues territory with a slight roll-off of volume and tone. In addition, we were really impressed with how loud it is when played unplugged; the sustain and resonance shakes your whole hand!
